Homes over 2,500 square feet, 1 acre, and or over 25 miles away from the Lucid Listings office are subject to additional charge.

Walkthrough Video: Starting at $300

Want to encourage out of town buyers to purchase a home you're selling? Adding a walkthrough video to your listing can help with this! Included in your purchase will be a 1 - 2 minute video showcasing both the interior and exterior of a home including footage from our drone (if weather allows). Homes over 2,500 square feet, 1 acre, and or over 25 miles away from the Lucid Listings office are subject to additional charge.

3D Virtual Home Tour: Starting at $100

Another fantastic way to encourage out of town or shy buyers to have interest in your property is with a 3D Virtual Tour! These tours are made by using a 360 degree camera to take photos on the home every few feet, allowing viewers of the tour to virtually "walk through" the entire home as they please! Homes over 2,500 square feet, 1 acre, and or over 25 miles away from the Lucid Listings' office are subject to additional charge.

Headshots: Starting at $100

Headshots are a great way to add a personal touch to your marketing by including a photo of yourself on your business cards, for sale signs, social media profiles, and more. Our basic headshot package includes 10 photos, packages with more photos are available upon request!
